[Concept] : [NPC] : Character -> {Proof of Concept Model}

This is an issue ticket regarding a {Proof of Concept Model} which will be our NPC->PoC. The proof of concept will be under /src/content/npc and under character-name.mdx.

Examples of these PoCs will be:

luciffer.mdx protag.mdx holy.mdx

We can then extend these character models out in our visual novels, media and other concepts later down the line.
