[Concept] : Migrating the OSRS from Atlas to Fudster #3160

We should split the docker image for atlas out into the fudster package for things related to the osrs. This will speed up production for both sides, making it easier to manage them within the monorepo. I will being this task , as I am building it out.

No major alternative ideas as of right now, we are just making things easier to manage in the long term.

I do not have an exact example or source, but will update this once its good to go.

The migration was complete, going to now remove the older code that was added, making the atlas focus more on the browser automation.
