Changes:

Align actions(air battle, shelling, etc.) of player to left (as before), and align actions of enemy to right
Engagement and air superiority are aligned to center
Make phase title more distinct

That phase title color was imitating the original phase title in the game (at top-left corner of battle scene) Since it doesn't look better, now removed.
