[Feature Request] Taiha retreat filter feature addition

I'd like to request a feature that allows you to set retreat parameters for the number of taiha ships. i.e. retreat even if ship has emergency repair if more than 3 ships are taiha'd

side note: something that does the chuha retreat but with an and filter instead of an or filter would personally be great
