Add F21; Swap F19 and F20 #33

F19 and F20 are swapped on wikiwiki, so now 622 -> F19 and 623 -> F20.

I also checked 624 for F21.

I already had F21 added locally, forgetting to commit was a mistake.

The F19 and F20 change seems to be a recent one as I double-checked with wikiwiki when I added them. Thanks for the heads-up.

I'll close this pull request to avoid manual merge but will implement the F19/F20 swap.
