Change frontend from tkinter GUI to django Webinterface.

[ ] Options to setup a new tournament
- [ ] Enter Teams
- [ ] Set Start & End Time
- [ ] Set Number of Rounds
- [ ] Set time for games + pause between games + pause between rounds

Maybe, starting fresh with django and only cherrypicking code from this repository where needed would be easier than trying to switch over the existing code to django... Might start some experiments later...
