Minor 6th Chord and Custom Chords

Background

Flash chord has been invaluable to me for learning and practicing new chords. However, one specific chord that I would like practice on is the Minor 6th chord, which I don't see within the options for chords to choose. Although the other chord types I need are currently within the list, I wouldn't want to make another post to request a specific chord that I might need in the future.

Acceptance Criteria

• Would have an option to enable minor 6th chords in the same way as all the other chords

And/Or...

• Would have an option to build custom chords that would be included in the list to be used.

Approach

• Keep the current boxes
• Add a "custom chord" box option with option to add the common music symbols that are to be attached to the root notes (like the diminished circle, flat symbol, minor, maj, numbers, etc.)
• Add Minor 6th chord box with functionality

Hey, @SlipperyLikeASlug (I love that username 😄)! First, thank you for your kind words. I'm very happy to hear that you've found Flash Chord so helpful.

Second, this is a great suggestion and I'm actually not sure how I missed this. I'm certainly aware of m6 chords, so it must have just slipped my mind. I'm surprised that I've never noticed that before now. This will definitely be something I add. I'm working on rearchitecting Flash Chord so that it's easier to do bug fixes and enhancements. That project, unfortunately, is taking longer that I've expected due to life and code complications. It turns out that it's really difficult to approximate music theory in code! So, whenever I'm able to get Flash Chord 2.0 released, this will definitely be part of it.
