Background

The README.md file for the project should include a section with links to sites that are using Guitar Diagrams JS and a mechanism for site builders to submit their own site for inclusion.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] README.md has a section for linked sites as examples of using GDJ
[x] The section also includes instructions for how to submit one's site for inclusion in this list
