Retrieve timesheet status from lofc #166

Lotsofcake now has API for retrieving the timesheet upload status (see LOCA-185 in KDAB Jira). This could replace the local storing of uploaded timesheets, for the Bill Lumbergh dialog. The downside is that one needs internet connection for the check.

I don't mind either :) I guess GetProjectCodesJob could become a generic job to fetch some file from lotsofcake, and used for project codes and timesheet data.
