German translations for Charm #305

Having German translations for Charm would be nice, as not everyone at KDAB is fluent in English.

I'd be happy to contribute the translations, but Charm doesn't seem to be prepared for l10n yet. It's using Qt's tr() function for text strings, but Charm.pro file doesn't provide any info regarding translation files. If someone with Qt experience would add translation capability to the app (as per https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/linguist-programmers.html), I'd gladly use Qt Linguist to create a German translation (https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/linguist-translators.html).
