Add split event command #319

I sometimes find that I forgot to switch tasks. I would like to have an easy way to correct that, by splitting a recorded task into two. I think just setting a starting time and project code for the new second event would be enough. Currently, I have to edit the end time of the event, memorize the original end time, and then create a new event with the original end time and the end time I set for the previous event. That's a bit of a hassle: a computer is better at remembering stuff than I am.

For much the same use case, it would be nice to (also) be able to manually move the time for a task switch on one go.
