in 1.12 there is an Enable Bill Lumbergh option in the public build. Katrina tells me she thinks this is a thing to remind you to submit your timesheets to lots of cake and shouldn't be in the public builds - it doesn't say what it is in the UI so, yeah, if you could go ahead and remove it that would be great.
