Fix deprecation warnings in Qt 5.15 #365

... and require it to build, so we don't have sprinkle ifdefs all over the code base.

Note that we're not maintaining this anymore, but looks good, so I merge :D

I'm aware Charm is sadly unmaintained, but it works well for me (and has been since 2016 according to my database). I'm currently hacking on it for some personal needs but was annoyed by all these warnings. :)
