RcFile: simplify creation of UI files

The current implementation expect to be able to change to something else, but that's not really true...

So go back to the original implementation:

• [ ] handle frame conversion directly
• [ ] remove the rc2ui.js file
• [ ] use pugixml for writing the ui file
