Obtain PID and TID from context properties vpid and vtid, if present #15

PIDs and TIDs are not mapped in UST traces, so add option to get this info from event context

This commit addresses issue https://github.com/KDAB/ctf2ctf/issues/14

With --ctx option nice traces with per-thread representation are created: Screenshot from 2021-09-03 22-04-55
