Group link is not working

Context
The day 1 todos use this link to join the team of the repository: https://github.com/orgs/KDD-OpenSource/teams/geox-young-academy/members This link is used for external people to join the team.

Problem
This link is not working. Maybe because the team is invisible, I think. I can not access it with an other Github account.

Possible solutions
There are these solutions I see, to get the people into the group

• make the group visible and allow other people to join themselves
• invite the participants
• add @niccokunzmann as a maintainer so he can figure it out

The group link will only work for members of the organization. I am not allowed to invite people into the organization. I can however give write/admin access to the repository to contributors which is enough to collaborate.
