Script pipeline for IADRC #7

Begin Scripting pipeline for handling IADRC data. Ideally we should be able to finish with the same MSM script. May be possible to edit script and add flags for which dataset we're using.

[x] RunMSM (maybe)

Ciftify_Subject_List complete. Added a flag to original file to handle both datasets. See commit b1164ac for more details

RunCiftify complete. This should allow us to use the normal RunMSM. Will be testing shortly

RunMSM.sh updated to handle IADRC data. Tested and seems to be working correctly. Closing issue
