Lemmas from the pages 386b-389 of Crum Volume I are missing in the current XML.

"I can't seem to find the verb ⲥϭⲏⲣ "to sail" in CDO. It has an entry on Crum p. 388B - am I not searching right or is there some reason it's excluded? If not, can it be added?"

I just ran into another case of this - is there a version of the lemma list somewhere already with these entries encoded? @dwerning @simondschweitzer
