Update between-country analysis #64

Other covariates to consider in adjustment sets:

Check if these variables already exist in World Bank datasets; otherwise consider Global Burden of Disease datasets.

Note that due to small sample size (~30 countries) it may be infeasible to consider all of these covariates together with population and area size.

3 analyses now carried out:

  1. Unadjusted
  2. Primary (adjusted for population, area size, and GDP)
  3. Secondary (adjusted for area size, GDP, health expenditure, urban population, population aged 0-14, population aged 15-64, and population aged 65+)

Overall results of between-country analyses are unchanged:
