[x] the Tactics resource's description uses /n/n when it should be \n\n
[x] Clark Terrell is erroneously spelled "Terell" (probably carried over from Space Dock: https://github.com/spacedockapp/spacedock/pull/247)

I can fix these myself once #38 has been merged, but didn't wanna do so before that.
