As you may know, we are working on Khan 7 to get him better working and a Bug was brought to my attention the other day. Certain Fleet Captain cards add a Talent slot to your ship but if your Captain already has a ET slot you can equip one ET at zero cost.
Because of how he is currently set up he is instead reducing the cost of ET's that cost 5 or 6 to be 4sp instead of 0sp.
