Scroll bars #5

I would like the panes for the search/fleet/export windows to have scroll bars. Way more natural to me. Or make it so you can LMB-drag or use your finger to move the pane.

I like the idea of adding a scrollbar - perhaps we could customize the design of the scrollbar, so that it still fit the layout and doesn't make it too bulky.

Anyone want to take a look at this?
