Sec 2.2.7 Scenario 3: "(Address)-state->[string]" is redundant/confusing, as State is now a concept and stateName is an attribute.

Sec 2.3.1 Example 2.4 resulting kg schema and kg: there are two "entity_id" attributes with the same representation. I know the book is not using verbose IRIs or anything, but I would expect these distinct concept attributes, which happen to both have a range of [int], to have different notational representations.

Sec 2.3.2, par 2: "of a concepts"

Sec 2.3.2 Example 2.5: "(customer-1)" should be "(customer-100)", "(customer-2)" should be "(customer-101)", as per the entity_id values in the table given.
