This is an interesting point that we could directly clarify in the book. Domain experts are typically the customers, and their involvement is an iterative process in which the KG is progressively updated based on their feedback. This is a fundamental step in developing interesting use cases on this KG.
In this regard, it would be useful to provide some guidelines or best practices on how to include domain experts in this iterative process.
