[Improvement] Use native short URLs when posible #199

Some online services like Youtoube or Flickr have an own short URL for
their elements (eg. youtu.be and fli.ck).

It would be nice that Pino could use them when posible, instead of creating
a new bit.ly or goo.gl variation.
