Follow the conversation when an user replies #200

I explain:
When I post in my timeline, someone replies to me, but sometimes I don't
know why, and I can't follow the thread of the conversation for replying
it. So I think that a feature like this would be necessary.

PS: if you don't know what I refer, this feature is implemented in some
Twitter clients, like DestroyTwitter or Hootsuite.
