Unable to set browser #239

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Clicking a URL will open the page in whatever browser Pino thinks is the 
default (presumably the xdg default). In a window manager that does not 
deal with xdg, this may not produce ideal results. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be nice to be able to set from within Pino a browser to use for 
opening URLs. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.7, Arch
