Crashes with pulseaudio #265

Hi,

I have noticed pino crashes very often when using pulseaudio.

I attach a debug log, showing an issue with pulseaudio.

I have found that this is triggered by bad usage of libxml2's
xmlCleanupParser(). This is documented at

As far as I remembre, it did not happen with 0.2.8, and libxml wasn't
updated recently in Debian unstable.
