Doesn't show information for status.net users not on identi.ca #281

Hi,

As you know, identi.ca is not the only microblogging website using
status.net which is decentralized.

Pino does get statuses of people using external accounts (I haven't yet
tried subscribing to such a user, but get their statuses through the group
feature).

However, pino is not able to show user information, as they do not exist on
identi.ca

Pino should use the complete ID and not just the nickname (eg.
id@identi.ca), which would allow to find all user profiles (eg.
identi.ca/id, or anyotherserver.tld/id)

Another thing to check is if mention statuses are well received for people
using status.net, and direct messages.

Thanks again for this great application which I'd love to see grow again!
