No success or failed markers on transform steps.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a transform with a filter step
2. run the kettle-cookbook
3. Look at output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
some thing to indicate which side is successful and which failed.

On the output there is no markers, on the kettle front end there is a tick and 
a cross showing which output is which. these would be very helpful on the doc 
out put.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PDI4.0.1 kettle-cookbook downloaded at about 11:20 BST on 2010-08-16

Thanks, good point! There will probably be more bugs with steps with "special" 
streams. If you run into them, please file them as a separate bug.
