As the project got only loosely coupled to the RDB_Diplomaterv repo, the name shall be changed to RDB_Monitor.

[x] Rename the repository to RDB_Monitor
[x] Remove any reference to the RDB_Diplomaterv project from the documentation and the codebase

The README.md is still going to mention the RDB Diplomaterv project as the origin of this project.
