changes to allow this to work when mod manager runs for pc

This includes all the other languages? I only tested US, so I dunno if the text ID are the same or if it'll cause FAKE texts

All its doing is making the ard edits work right. Not sure if it will do anything about FAKE

I guess if it causes FAKE texts in other languages they can be dealt with later.
