Model evaluation lesson 2019 #172

Adapted from the dsfp2017a tag lesson (re-expanded in places). There's one active exercise, on the approximate evidence estimation. Wondering if there's something else we could do actively on the PPP model checking?

Looks like I had some old unsubmitted commits on some other lessons too - not sure how they got in here (or didn't get submitted earlier!) but if they look useful, feel free to accept...

The changes to the other files look like ones that have already been made (at least once), which is confusing and concerning. This might just be git weirdness, but can you confirm whether various files that you didn't intent to change are identical to 1c8974bbb80233fd88a2f4f5fd8bd020e348f7bc ?

OK, not sure what happened but I just merged KIPAC/master into this dev branch and now the PR correctly shows just 3 files changed. Notebook should be good to browse now - thanks!
