Approximate and model-free models, Gaussian Processes, blinding 2019 #175

Here are the notebooks for this weeks' classes, including a GP tutorial for Weds. We'll do blinding first, then approximate methods, on Monday, and then model-free models and GPs on Weds. Suggestions for tweaks welcome! Tutorial is fairly open ended, as befits a week with no homework ;-)
