Wrong/Incorrect CPU Clock Value #297

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm using Intel Pentium 4 650 (3,4Ghz/2M/800Mhz). The expected output is 
2800Mhz/3400Mhz. I see sometimes extreme values, 4000Mhz-19800Mhz... If I 
restart the application, It's ok. (Normal Values)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest, 0.3.2b. Windows XP Pro Sp3

Please provide any additional information below.
