I think I finally found all required formulas for all variables needed for the Kormann-Meixner footprint method, so I could determine the needed input arguments from a TK2 file.

Now you can merge this PR, delete the footprint-functionbranch and and update your local master to HEAD. The redo the whole thing for the next issue.
