installation for macOS #241

Describe the bug Currently it is not possible to install pyWATTS on a macOS operating system, especially with a M1 chip

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Attempt to install pyWATTS on a M1 chip.
  2. Errors when trying to install TensorFlow.

Expected behavior It would be nice for pyWATTS to install on macOS as well. TensorFlow can be installed separately if required.
