Tidy up #2

Some smaller cleanup commits mostly due to the move to GitHub:

CODEOWNERS file uses a different syntax
New url in package.xml
We don't need the gitlab-ci definition on GitHub (although we should probably add a GitHub CI pipeline at some point)
The short descriptions in the package.xml and the README now match the description we used when creating the repo

Aside from that I

removed the src directory as it is currently empty
updated Christoph's email address and added him as maintainer in the package.xml
