Discrepancies data truth 2020/10/21 2020/10/22 #345

Hi Forecasthub team,

In https://github.com/KITmetricslab/covid19-forecast-hub-de/blob/master/data-truth/RKI/truth_RKI-Cumulative%20Cases_Germany.csv and in

https://github.com/KITmetricslab/covid19-forecast-hub-de/blob/master/data-truth/RKI/truth_RKI-Cumulative%20Deaths_Germany.csv seem to be discrepancies with RKI Situationsberichts from 2020/10/21 und 10/22 Some states are missing (e.g. Saxony), some numbers are different (e.g. Bavaria),
