Task cannot be canceled and then started #120

If task is cached, it seems that the empty result is "cached" and on subsequent 
attempt for starting the task, this empty result is returned, with the effect 
of IZI miner showing no rules found.

Probably fixed, but sometimes returns error when "stop" and "mine" links are 
used in very short time
