I:ZI miner - handling error "LM Exporter is occupied at this moment" #124

If I:ZI miner  obtains error "LM Exporter is occupied at this moment" when 
attempting to retrieve results from LMConnect, it will show message "Sever is 
busy, this may be caused by multiple users accesing the same mining task 
simultaneously" in the status bar.

Bypassed as follows: if the error occurrs, the system sends the request again 
to server.
