Preprocessing: column names and bin names should be XML-safe #175

Currently, characters <&" are allowed for attribute and bin names, but are 
apparently not encoded as entities. This can break  the XML.

Where have you seen this problem? Using simpleXML, this characters should be 
saved correctly - like entities. There could be a problem in HTML code - please 
specify me, where...

If you create an attribute with name containing one of the  <&" characters, 
this attribute is not then showed in the attribute palette. (I tested this just 
once couple of days ago.)
