New task does not check task name uniqueness #179

New task allows to create two tasks with the same task name.

Is it a problem? We don´t need unique names for tasks - it is only value for 
user information, for us each task has an id.

My opinion is that having multiple tasks under same name will be confusing to 
the user.

Added check for task name uniqueness - only for logged in users.
