Change "new task" iframe url #218

Change URL of the iframe for "New Task" from:
index.php?option=com_dbconnect&controller=izi&task=newDataSource&tmpl=component

to:
index.php?option=com_dbconnect&controller=izi&task=newTask&tmpl=component

Extension: If there is a GET attribute "close=no", the close button will not be 
visible in the iframe. It´s for using when IZI Miner was opened with no task.
