update connect server #222

Currently, there is an old version of code on the connect server, which is 
incompatible with version on the sewebar server. Update to version which does 
not require requests to be signed (i.e. no keyring).

SewebarConnect updated to revision 829 (last before API / SewebarKey changes). 
Also updated LISpMiner to newest version.
