Cannot decrease support threshold under 0.01 #234

Support threshold cannot be in UI decreased under 0.01. The minimum value 
settings from feature list is ignored. 

Minimum support should be changeable below 0.01, however the minimum value must 
be  limited  so that it is greater than 1 absolute.
