Absolute position for iframe/config overlayers on lower resolutions #251

When the opened "dialog" or iframe for settings/IM config etc. is higher than 
visible screen height, the window should be opened on scroll-y position (on the 
top of visible area) and it should have absolute position. The dialog should be 
scrollable with the full page.

This fix is important, because on small resolutions the bottom part of the 
dialog is not accessible.
