Doenst run on Windows 10 21H2

When i run it on Windows 10 21H2 i got these error message:

Python 3.10.9 pip 22.3.1

I was using python 3.7 for programming. After some attempts for changing different environments and host settings. I found out that there seem to have some bugs for python 3.10 to run pydivert. I will try to find out what makes it an error in 3.10 when I have time. Thanks for your comments. I will add my testing environment info to the readme.
