Added Makefile #113

This pull request adds a Makefile so clutch can be built without needing to install iOSOpenDev or use Xcode. It requires that Xcode Command Line Tools are installed.

Side note: I want to remove iOSOpenDev eventually, seems to cause more issues than it solves.

iOSOpenDev is kind of hacky to work with now with Xcode 7+. It supports up to 6.1 but unless you have 6.1 as your main Xcode it is kind of hard to get installed alongside the latest (which comes from the App Store).
