This changes a bit but the code is functionally the same. It should be easier to read and very consistent, and the consistency can remain as long as everyone contributing runs clang-format with the configuration included. There is probably more of below to do since much of it is manual, but this covers a lot of ground so I'd like to get input and merge this ASAP.
Remove unnecessary user Xcode files from tracking
Format all code with clang-format and include a configuration for this tool
Run Xcode's Convert to Modern Objective-C Syntax tool
Fix all designated initialisers
Replace ClutchPrint class with simple C functions (KJPrint(), etc). Colour text to be explored again in the future.
Make properties readonly where possible
Hide class implementation details where possible: @implementation X { ... } for ivars, @interface X () @property ...; - (void)methodName; ... for everything else
